Williamsburg Aquatic Club (WAC) is looking for an
Age Group Coach. Starting salary is $22,000
to $25,000, based on experience and certifications.
Must be willing to be part of a Coaching team.
You will have a chance to be the Head Coach of
your own group, as well as working with the other
Coaches as an Assistant. We are located in
Williamsburg, VA with a team size of about 180-200,
depending on the time of year. USA Swimming
has rated our team in the top 2-5% for the last
4 years in the Virtual Club National Championships.

The QDD
Swim Team (QDD) (www.qddswim.org) is looking for
part-time coaches to be the primary coach of training
groups in Prince William County, VA. QDD has been in
existence for nearly 50 years, is a 2008 USA Swimming Bronze
Medal Club, and was just ranked in the top 4% in the nation
in the 2007-2008 Short Course Toyota Virtual Club
Championships. We have approximately 140 members and
growing, ranging from Novice to JR/SR National level.
The ideal candidates should have effective communication
skills, be enthusiastic, and have a swimming background
either as a swimmer or a coach. Coaches will be
expected to design and execute daily workouts and attend
local meets with their swimmers. Start dates are
negotiable. Salary will be based on qualifications and

TIDE Swim Team (TIDE) of Hampton Roads
has an immediate opening for an experienced Head Coach, ASCA
level 3 or higher, with a passion and enthusiasm for
developing swimmers in and out of the water, demonstrated
leadership ability, high work-standards and an ability to
create and execute a vision for building our team for the
future. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years
of head coaching experience and be adept at leading a staff
of experienced 3 full and 8 part-time coaches, oversee
eleven skill-based groups and direct clinic programs that
take place throughout the year. This is an exciting
opportunity to lead and coach for a team with a track record
for success that has grown to approximately 250 competitive
swimmers ranging in age from 4 to 21 from the novice to
