This page contains the standard forms / briefings we routinely use while conducting meets (both non-championship and championship). If you have an alternate format of one or more of these forms / briefings that others may want to use, please forward it to LSC Officials Chair for posting consideration.
DQ Codes File for MM5 - This file contains all the correct calls/codes. Save it to your computer, then copy the file into your Hy-Sport/SwMM5 folder - it overwrites the "dqcodesUSA-NOV2013.txt" file. Make sure you select the "USA-S DQ Codes Nov 2013" option in the DQ Codes in Meet Set-Up. You'll have to do it each time you update MM.
